shipping & returns
Ding Ding is on holiday, any orders placed after the 18th July will be shipped on the 31st July.
For all items except Cushions we use Royal Mail’s 1st class service and for cushions we use DPD. Ding Ding aims to ship all orders within 2 days, please allow time for Royal Mail to deliver. We estimate 5 – 7 working days for all deliveries.
We send our international orders via Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 working days for European orders and 28 working days for orders placed outside Europe.
We want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, simply return them to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please email us with your full name, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or you have had to return it due to a mistake we have made. We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such recorded delivery via Royal Mail. You will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.
Please note: We will have to charge for postage and packaging on exchanges. We will always inform you of any transaction beforehand. Any returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt. We will subtract the cost of the initial postage fee. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as this has been done. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
Please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you by email. We will credit your PayPal account. Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
